Circular hike - Around the Kaiserkuppe - Hiking start Barigauer Turm

Why the mountain around which this hike leads is called Kaiserkuppe is not known. The path around it leads through agriculturally used fields, past the Heydersteich biotope, and down into the valley that connects the towns Lichta and Egelsdorf. Here the hiker will find absolute tranquility and, just like the area around Kaiserkuppe, the forest impresses with its fauna and flora.
