Due to its length, this roundtrip is made for ambitious hikers. You follow the serpentines up to Hinterlengau and from there either to Alpine Inn Stallhäusl or futher via the Sunnseitweg. Further up- and downhill to Pölvenhaus. After the first bend in the path you turn left. After a mystique passage through the forest we take the first proper ascent via Franzalm. Afterwards the path leads slightly up and down to Bad Häring.

From Kirchbichl via the B171 turn off onto the L208/ From Schwoich via the L208 to the centre of Bad Häring.
