Welcome to Villa Voigt.
An attractive and friendly family house, ideal for the summer.
Our house is located in the Salzkammergut region, near the town of Bad Mitterndorf, surrounded by forests and mountains and next to a nature reserve. Kainisch lies in the beautiful, vast Hinterberg Valley.
VillaVoigt is only a few minutes' walk from Lake Ödensee. The villages of Bad Aussee, Grundlsee, Altaussee, Hallstatt, and Bad Mitterndorf are just a few minutes away by car.
In the surrounding area, there are several hills and mountains that you can reach on foot (hiking maps of the area are available in the house). In the summer, the area invites you to go cycling (you can rent e-bikes in the various villages), enjoy boat trips on one of the three nearby lakes, and go hiking.
The rental price is agreed upon contractually.
All costs for electricity, water, and heating are included, as well as the use of towels and bed linen for up to 8 people. A cleaning fee of €75.00 will be charged for the final cleaning.
The price indicated is the rental price.
The deposit is 25% of the total rental price.
The deposit will be agreed upon in writing and must be transferred to the account we provide within 10 days.
Once the deposit or full amount has been received in our account, the reservation will be confirmed by email or post, and the tenant automatically agrees to these rental conditions.
If the tenant exceeds the payment of the deposit by more than 14 days, the landlord has the right to terminate the agreement without notice and rent the holiday home to someone else.
The full rental amount must be received in VillaVoigt's bank account no later than 14 days before the start of the holiday.
Cancellation/withdrawal from the contract:
The contract can be canceled by the tenant without cancellation fees up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date.
Outside of the above period, cancellation is only possible with the following cancellation fees:
3 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total arrangement price
1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total arrangement price

The rental price for VillaVoigt varies depending on the season.
December, January, February, March: daily rate €395, weekly rate €2600
April, May, June: daily rate €250, weekly rate €1660
July and August: daily rate €290, weekly rate €1920
September, October, November: daily rate €250, weekly rate €1660
Cleaning costs are €75 per booking, with bed linen and towels included.
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM.
For each booking, we charge a €100 deposit. This amount will be refunded 14 days after your departure.
The weekly rate is for 7 nights. VillaVoigt must be rented for a minimum of 4 nights. There are 6 beds and two sofa beds that are 1.40m wide.
