On Lobbé Avenue, opposite the "Renault" garage, you can see the old tiny station of the tram. Not far, on the left after the village exit sign, is the Port Bas Chapel, and 300m further on the salmon incubator, just after the Tartarel stream.
3 km after the castle, on your left, you will see the Carbe rock cave and further on a viewpoint over Castelnau castle.
Once in the village, you will see the 12th-century church, then the road takes a climb before arriving at Puybrun.
You are now in Lot. Be careful, traffic is heavier. The route crosses to the other side of the Dordogne to reach Bretenoux. You climb up to Castelnau Castle, a magnificent fortress. On leaving, a descent offers you a return to Bretenoux. You are headed again towards Glanes. The road climbs and the views are superb. You then descend to Gagnac-sur-Cère, and Biars-sur-Cère to return to your starting point.
