RING_CYCLOTHURISTIC_TORINO_SOUTH - Day 4 - from Pralormo to Chieri

Leaving Pralormo Castle (in spring, don't miss the flower show in its park, "Messer Tulipano"), you pedal north on secondary and dirt roads. Past Isolabella the route leads to Pessione, home of the historic "Casa Martini," where by reservation it is possible to visit the "Martini & Rossi" factory, taste the famous vermouth and visit the museum of the history of oenology. Another museum, that of the Soundscape, is encountered a few kilometers later, in Riva Presso Chieri, before riding the last stretches on a bike path toward Chieri. Here you will be able to devote the rest of the day to visiting the Textile Museum and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria della Scala, or the majestic Gothic-style cathedral among the best preserved in Piedmont. Take advantage also to taste local gastronomic products (the sweet focaccia, grissini rubatà and traditional galucio) paired with a glass of the lively red wine Freisa DOC.
