The winter hiking route starts at the valley station of the Grafenbergbahn. At the beginning, you walk about 1km along the hiking trail at the Kleinarler Ache. Then turn right into the Höllensteinweg. After about 1 1/2 hours, you reach the Krapfenalm and after about 2 hours, you reach the Sonnalm. Same way back.
Exit Flachau - about 7km towards Wagrain - in Wagrain, continue towards Kleinarl - parking available at the valley station of the Grafenbergbahn.
With the ski bus to the Grafenbergbahn in Wagrain.
